Welcome! I'm so glad you're here! This website looks at what's in God's heart about us and for us. Ultimately, it's really about what's in God's heart for Himself.

Most importantly, surrender completely to His love, His forgiveness through Jesus, His ways, and His transformation.
Trust Him! Trust Him to work in you both to will and to do His good pleasure.

This is exciting stuff! This is life's real adventure! Through His Word and His spiritual presence, may we come to know Him as He wants to be known. May we see things more from His perspective and less from our own.

About / Preface

Welcome to the "God's Clay God's Way" blog and podcast. I'm Brother Mark, and I'm glad you're here.

These messages look at what's in God's heart for us. Here's a secret: we're really looking at what's in God's heart for Himself.

The God of the Bible owns all of creation. He is the ultimate Potter. Since it's His clay, it's only right that He gets His way with what He owns.

He gave us free will. We must choose whether to surrender to His love, His forgiveness, His transformation and His Lordship over our lives. All of this is ours through His Son, the Lord Jesus Christ.

And me? I'm a Bible-believing born-again disciple of that very same Jesus.

He’s changing me from the inside out. I need Him to do that. I've learned that, down deep, I'm not very good at changing myself.

I've spent far too much of my life putting God in the backseat because I wanted to drive.

He's loved me in spite of me. No matter how I've fallen short, He has always brought me back. He's faithful like that.

The real Christian life is a journey with a real destination. It brings deep change. I'm no longer who I was yesterday; I'm not yet who I'll be tomorrow. I haven't arrived, but I've definitely left.

I love the Bible. I study it. I enjoy it. I pray through it and worship with it. I'm amazed by it.

I started God's Clay God's Way years ago as a blog at godsclaygodsway.com. I'm still writing there, but I'm now also recording some of those messages as podcasts.

I pray that what you find here will encourage you and deepen your walk with Him.

If you'd like, you can reach me by sending an email to GodsClayGodsWay@outlook.com.

Thank you for being here.
